* The monitor selection offers more than 4 monitors if available
* Fix: Partner list does not take focus during a session
* Fix: Connections to dynamic partners are established with quick access by default
* Fix: The ID field gets the focus if the TeamViewer windows is minimized and maximized again
* Fix: Monitors go to standby again after a black screen was shown once
* Other minor fixes
