- Supporting transparency for PNG files now

- Fixed problem with opening PDFs in Acrobat X
- Settings for monochrome BMPs were messed up
Known issues:
- No hyperlinks possible (Hyperlinks for MS Word are possible with the combination of PDF-T-Maker and PDFCreator.)
